It's Never Too Late to Start Exercising!
We ran across a Washington
Post article about 102 year old Ray Clark, who started
exercising at the age of 98 with his 70 year old trainer! The
article notes that only 11 percent of people 85+ engage in
regular exercise, despite evidence that the majority could work out
safely, particularly if shown how. The Cantata Fitness
Center is designed for people 65+ with
specialized equipment, classes and coaches to start your exercise
program. Get your first month free!
