Dan Urben
Director of Customer Relations

Dan Urben is Director of Customer Relations for Cantata Adult Life Services.

Dan brings more than 20 years of lifestyle community experience to Cantata including care management, customer relations and sales and marketing.

Dan is responsible for the development and management of customer relationships and experiences at Cantata.  He acts as the liaison between the client and the many residential options, lifestyle programs, in-home services and fitness, wellness and lifelong learning programs offered by Cantata.

"We are really driven by relationships," said Dan. "We work hard to understand the needs of our clients and we provide them with solutions and a plan to live their best life." 

Dan joined The British Home in 2010 as Customer Relations Manager.  Most recently he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Corporation, Chicago Division.  Previously, he was the Senior Sales Manager for Del Webb Corporation - Sun City Huntley and Sales and Marketing Director of Carillon Active Adult Community.  He is a Certified Marketing Professional (CMP).

Dan earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Northern Illinois University.
