Marie Bolson, PHR
Director of Human Resources
Marie Bolson is Director of Human Resources for Cantata Adult
Life Services. She joined The British Home in 2004 with 11
years of human resources experience in the healthcare
industry. Marie is certified by the Society of Human
Resources Management (SHRM) as a Professional in Human
Resources (PHR).
Marie's expertise includes employee development and
relationships, recruitment, compensation and benefits, rewards and
recognition, performance management and legal compliance. In
her role as Director, she continues to develop and revise Cantata's
policies and procedures to adapt to changes in the healthcare
field.
"My goal at Cantata Adult Life Services is to
foster our employee's personal growth within our company, so we, as
well as our clients, attain our 'best life'," said Marie.
Previously, Marie was Human Resources Director of Elmhurst
Memorial Hospital, Home Health and Hospice Division where she
created and developed their first human resources department.
She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification
(PHR).
Marie attended the University of Minnesota and went on to
receive her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from
Elmhurst College.
