Eight Thursdays from 3 to 4:30 pm starting April 3, 2014
Bring a daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, niece, nephew or friend who is a different age than you. This class is for all artistic levels including beginners, and will explore many different methods of artistic expression on paper. Please bring a sketchbook. Class fee includes your guest. Your guest can attend as many times as they like. If you don’t have a guest to bring, you can still enroll.
Eight Mondays from 1 to 3 pm starting March 31, 2014
Learn about the people and events that shaped photography, and evaluate the photographs of individuals who set new trends. Use your camera to take photographs in the style of the masters. No prerequisite class required. Students should bring their camera to class each week.
Eight Mondays from 3:30 to 5 pm starting March 31, 2014
Be part of “the club” and explore the love of photography with like-minded enthusiasts. This is the perfect class for intermediate to advanced students. Learn about your camera and work on photography assignments that will be shared with the group. Students should bring their camera to class each week.
Six Wednesdays from 1 to 3 pm starting April 2, 2014
Embark on a culinary journey of vegetarian Indian cooking using a variety of spices to create flavor and aroma. Students will learn to prepare and then sample Indian dishes made from scratch using whole grains and fresh ingredients. Indian culture will be discussed to ensure better understanding of the cooking traditions of India.
Thursday, April 17 from 2:00-3:00pm
Participants will learn to prepare and then sample three healthy, great-tasting desserts that can be made in 60 seconds or less using seasonal, locally-grown, organic ingredients. Recipes, nutritional information and tips on purchasing the ingredients will be provided.
