A certified fitness trainer, specializing in adult fitness, will customize a personal health and wellness plan to help you achieve your specific goals. Your personal trainer will work with you individually to coach you, motivate you and optimize your fitness sessions.

Plant yourself in one of our sturdy chairs and enjoy a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi exercise designed to improve posture, core strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Class will always begin and end with stretching and relaxation-meditation. This fun class is for persons of all levels and abilities.

Zumba® Gold is a specialty dance-fitness class set to international rhythms and designed for adults 55 and better. Moves are performed at a more moderate intensity than traditional Zumba® and at a modified pace to suit the needs of active older adults and those just starting their fitness journey. It’s like a dance party every week!
