Here's your chance to grow within Cantata if you are an expert AOD user. Cantata Business Performance Services is contracted to train new AOD users in healthcare settings. You will be trained for 1-2; 4-hr. days before being sent with a team leader to train clients. Requires some travel & time away from your current position. (M=travel day; T,W,Th=training; F=travel home). Assignment locations vary. You will be paid your regular hourly rate for training; and receive $15/hour for the actual training. Intrigued? Work as a staffing coordinator to replace staff when needed. Must be a multi-tasker and have the skills to work with digital scheduling software. Relationship-building and attention to detail a must for this position. You will play a key role in providing our customers with efficient, great customer service. You will manage the team that provides maintenance/security and housekeeping to our Brookfield Campus.
Previous similar experience in the healthcare field is a must! Prior team leader positions are required, as well as a customer-focused attitude.
20 hrs./week PMs
Gather initial intake information needed from clients, connect them with the appropriate area of support, and work to establish a long-term relationship with the client. Answer all phones to the call center. Understand all of the products and services available through BHRS and CALS and be able to present each and all of them to prospective clients based on their specific needs. Collect, update and provide daily performance reporting to the Director of CRT. Provide clerical and administrative support. Conduct customer satisfaction and brand delivery surveys for BHRS and CALS. Be prepared to tour and demonstrate all areas of CALS to prospective clients, referrals and family members. Participate in onsite and offsite events and promotions.
Part-Time (20 hrs./week)
Assist with Generalist HR Duties including: pre-hire screening, compiling new-hire documents, checking references, data entry into payroll system, updating e-personnel files, scanning documents, assisting employee-partners with HR/Payroll questions.
