Watch Your Mailboxes for the 2012 Resident Satisfaction
Survey
The Woodlands 2012 Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey will
be distributed to residents and family members in late January or
early February. Residents will receive their surveys in their
Woodlands mailboxes, and family members will receive theirs in the
mail at their home address. Please take a few moments to complete
and return your survey. Your feedback is extremely important. This
year we are striving to have 70 percent of the surveys returned,
which would be an increase from the 50 percent that were returned
last year. If you have any questions, please contact Alice Franks,
